Milos Zika is an experienced Physiotherapist in Ivanhoe who has a special interest in treating sports injuries and rehabilitation. He has also had years of experience working in gyms and health education.
As a former footy player (Fitzroy Football Club), Milos is passionate about sports medicine and exercise therapy. He is our go-to practitioner for all aspects of physiotherapy rehabilitation.
In keeping with Centre of Health’s holistic philosophy, Milos also has a keen interest in permaculture and natural building techniques. He built his own ‘tiny’ house and teaches a range of occupational skills for refugees and newly arrived migrants at VICSEG New Futures. He has also done several trips to work as a volunteer physiotherapist in a remote village clinic in India.
Milos is available late evening / after work appointments to help with all types of injuries and painful musculoskeletal injuries.
