Yes. The Clinic is HICAPS ready meaning that we can help you claim your private health insurance on the spot with your membership card. All you have to do is pay for the gap. We also have EFTPOS and credit facilities for your convenience and accept cash and cheques, too.

Absolutely. You can book securely through our online Cliniko system. Just click the “Book Appointment” tab at the top of each page.

If you can’t find a suitable appointment then it always pays to call the clinic directly to organise a suitable appointment for acupuncture, physio or chinese medicine.

No problem, you are welcome to bring family or friends to your acupuncture  / physio appointment. They can come into the treatment room with you or relax in our comfortable waiting room.

You can park in our front or rear car parks. For the less mobile you can access the front by a ramp. The clinic is wheelchair accessible but for larger powered wheelchairs please contact the clinic.

Yes, we do! 

You will need an EPC referral from your GP, and if you bring in your Medicare card and a bank card with a savings or cheque account, we can process the rebate for you on the spot. 

Our EPC appointments cost $88 and the standard rebate is $58.30.

Absolutely! 

All eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) members are bulk billed at our clinic, meaning we bill the DVA directly with no gay payment required.
