Tai Chi classes

If you’re looking for a way to reduce stress, and improve balance and coordination, consider Tai Chi. Originally practised for self-defence, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that is “played” all over the world for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Easy to learn, but taking a lifetime to master, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements, sometimes described as meditation in motion.
Classes are on Wednesday mornings in the park $15 per class. Meet at the Centre Of Health at 9.30am. Call the clinic to book your place. There is no need to sign up for a set amount of sessions. It is possible to join the class at any stage. As Matt’s teacher’s teacher used to say, “each time you play Tai Chi is like the first time”.
