What the Centre of Health Ivanhoe is doing:
We are taking a proactive and preventative approach to protect the our clients and team against the spread of Covid-19. In addition to our normal cleaning and infection control protocols, we have implemented extra measures as advised by the Aust. Gov. heathcare providers guidelines.
What you can do when visiting the Centre of Health:To minimise contact between patients, we are ensuring waiting room times are kept to a minimum. For those arriving by car, we encourage you to wait in your car before your appointment. Please call us on arrival 9441 0888 and your practitioner will come and collect you. Alternatively, you are welcome to notify our reception on arrival and wait on the seat outside (can be delightful in the Autumn sun)
Please bring your own water bottle if needed.
Consultations over the phone: are available for herbal medicine phone consultations. We have provided this service for many years for interstate and overseas patients. Call us to book a consultation time. Professionally prescribed Chinese herbal medicine can assist with building immunity and management of symptoms. We can post herbal medicine or leave it for pick up from the clinic.As you may already know, our clinic has operated successfully through many years of flu seasons,and we thank you for your patience and understanding in these challenging times.
